As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an Accounts Officer to join our team based in our Brisbane office.This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in debtor invoicing, creditor processing, payroll support and general accounts administration who enjoys working in a fast-paced team setting.As part of our Accounts team, you will play an important behind-the-scenes role supporting our operations and ensuring our field teams have the information and systems they need to deliver excellent service to our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesDebtor invoicingEntering creditor and supplier invoicesTime sheets and vehicle accountsAssisting with general accounts administrationSupporting payroll and financial processes where requiredAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring:1–2 years experience in accounting or finance administrationStrong attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsThe ability to multitask and work proactively to solve problemsA positive attitude and the ability to work well within a teamStrong Microsoft Office skillsThe following experience will be highly regarded:MYOB experienceSimPRO experienceExperience working in the trade services industryWhat We OfferHybrid office / work from home flexibilityA supportive team environmentThe opportunity to grow with a well-established and expanding businessIf you have the skills and attitude we are looking for and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
