With new production lines going in, we're expanding our team and looking for 2-3 Production Operators to grow with us.About the RoleThis is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment.
You'll run a line from start to finish rather than working one station on it, and because we're a contract manufacturer the product changes constantly - frequent changeovers, lots of formats, and no standing on the same machine doing the same thing all day.You don't need cosmetics experience.
If you've run machines in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, supplement or any FMCG plant, your skills carry straight across.
And if you've worked on a production line and you're ready to step up to running the machines, we'll train you.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate and change over filling and packing machines - sachet, tube, liquid, powder, capsule, tablet, balm, bar and sheet maskRun form-fill-seal lines,



labelling and batch coding equipmentCarry out in-process checks - fill weights, seal qualityComplete batch documentation and line clearance to GMP standardSupport compounding and batching as the schedule requiresHelp commission and run new lines as they come onlineTroubleshoot basic faults and know when to escapeWhat Success Looks LikeOutput against the daily production planChangeover time and line downtimeRight first time - documentation complete, no deviations, no reworkWhat We're Looking ForHands-on experience around machines or production lines - any industryThe kind of person who'd rather work out why a machine stopped than wait for someone else toStrong attention to detail.
On our lines, a fill weight or a seal that drifts becomes a customer's problemSomeone who fills the paperwork out as they goReliable, punctual and a genuine team playerMachine operation, changeovers, compounding, batching, GMP, HACCP, ISO or a forklift licence all count for a lot with us - but none of them are essential.
