As a Business Development Manager at VA4U Australia Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
This full-time position is WFH and office based in Manly, QLD ****, and will see you leading the development and implementation of effective sales strategies to expand VA4U's client base.What you'll be doingProspecting and generating new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and other outreach activitiesQualifying potential clients and understanding their unique needs and challengesDeveloping and delivering compelling sales proposals and presentations to secure new businessCollaborating cross-functionally with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experienceMaintaining a robust pipeline of sales opportunities and actively managing the sales processAccurately forecasting sales and providing regular performance reports to managementStaying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product/service developmentsWhat we're looking forProven track record of success in new business development, preferably within the sales industry / real estate industry or similarExcellent communication and interpersonal skills,
