About the roleThis Pharmacy is seeking an experienced Pharmacist in charge to join our team.
This is a part-time role for one day.
As the Pharmacist in charge, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance.Providing expert pharmaceutical advice and dispensing medications to patientsEnsuring compliance with all relevant pharmacy regulations and guidelinesCollaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient careOverseeing the implementation of quality assurance programs and continuous improvement initiativesParticipating in regular professional development activities to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practicesMaintaining accurate inventory & ordering suppliers as neededMethadone Dispensing & webster packingVaccinationsMust be familiar with the PPA ProgramsAbout our Ideal Candidate:Registered pharmacist with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholdersStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on patient-centred careProficient in the use of pharmacy management software (MINFOS ) and other relevant technologiesPassionate about staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the pharmaceutical industryCommitment to continuous career development and a desire to mentor and train junior staffAbout the Location:A well-established community pharmacy located in the south-western suburbs, approximately 35 kilometres from SydneyAbout offerThis is a permanent Wednesday pharmacist-in-charge position for 9am-7pmoffering - 9 hrs @ $55 to 58.5-/hr + Super, and 1 hr On Call $*****
