Great Southern Bank (Formerly CUA) – Brisbane QLDHybrid5d ago , from Great Southern Bank (Formerly CUA)As our highly valued Technical Business Analyst based in Brisbane, your role will connect business needs with well-designed workflow and intelligent automation solutions, helping us deliver scalable, reusable technology capabilities across the Bank.Supporting our purpose of helping every Australian own their own home.You'll make an impact by:Partnering with stakeholders to understand business processes, customer journeys and opportunities for workflow and intelligent automationTranslating business needs into transparent, technically actionable requirements for developers, engineers and architectsDefining use cases and requirements that balance immediate business outcomes with long-term scalability and reuseIdentifying opportunities to reuse, consolidate or extend existing solutions across UiPath, Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power PlatformProducing clear technical and functional documentation that supports delivery, ongoing use and platform understandingWorking with architects to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, integration patterns and technology strategyShaping backlog priorities, delivery sequencing and demand to support realistic and transparent planningSupporting initiatives from discovery through build, testing and release, resolving ambiguity and keeping business intent clear throughout deliveryDo things differently with usThis is an opportunity to work at the intersection of business, technology and intelligent automation, helping shape how Great Southern Bank builds workflow and automation capabilities for the future.You'll work closely with business stakeholders, developers, architects and delivery teams to turn complex business needs into practical technology solutions.

helping build capabilities that can deliver value across multiple teams and customer journeys.You'll also have a meaningful role in how work gets delivered, contributing to backlog prioritisation, planning and continuous improvement while ensuring requirements and technical documentation remain clear and trusted.If you're someone who can move comfortably between business and technical conversations, bring structure to complexity and challenge teams to build smarter, more sustainable solutions, you'll thrive here.To succeed in this role, you will have:5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst or similar within complex technology environmentsStrong experience working with workflow, RPA, APIs, integrations or distributed systems in a business-facing analysis roleDemonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technically precise requirements, use cases and documentationExperience partnering closely with developers, engineers and architects in Agile or hybrid delivery environmentsStrong understanding of business processes, customer journeys and systems analysisExposure to workflow and automation technologies such as UiPath, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power PlatformExperience with backlog management, delivery planning, prioritisation or Scrum-style facilitationStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for different audiencesA pragmatic approach to problem-solving with a focus on reuse, simplification and sustainable technology solutionsA degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experienceWhy Great Southern Bank?
