Our workshop is based in Prestons NSW and this role requires coverage across the North / West area.In this role, you will be responsible for performing corrective services, machine run‐ups, installations, and technical support across our full range of Sharp equipment.This is a hands‐on position that requires strong technical ability, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
You'll also play a key role in supporting other technical staff and contributing to the ongoing success of our service team.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair faults on Sharp devices to ensure reliable performance and high customer satisfactionPrepare and run‐up machines for delivery,
ensuring all pre‐delivery checks are completed to Sharp standardsInstall equipment onsite and provide end‐user support where requiredConduct routine maintenance and inspections of showroom devices to maintain peak performanceManage spare parts and consumable inventory to reduce downtime and support accurate stock replenishmentMeet or exceed performance KPIs including service levels, jobs per day, and customer response timesProvide troubleshooting assistance and technical support to fellow techniciansParticipate in ongoing product and technical training sessionsPerform other duties aligned with the Sharp Direct Technician structureAbout YouSound technical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issuesStrong organisational and time‐management skillsExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamA current driver's licence is essentialRelevant industry certifications or qualifications are highly regardedWhy Join Sharp?
