services and salesReview job and project information prior to invoicing to ensure accuracyFollow up outstanding invoices and resolve billing queries, discrepancies and credit notesRecord customer payments and maintain accurate customer account details in XeroReceive and enter supplier invoices into Xero, matching to purchase orders where requiredPrepare supplier invoices for approvalRespond to supplier queries and maintain supplier recordsAssist with bank and credit card reconciliations and maintain organised digital recordsWhat we're looking forExperience acrossaccounts receivable and accounts payableStrong working knowledge ofXero(essential)High attention to detail, strong follow‐up habits and confident communicationComfortable working with job or project information to ensure invoicing accuracyNice to have:experience in a job or project‐based environment.What we offerA supportive and collaborative workplace where people work together to succeed.We understand life doesn't always fit neatly into a 9-to-5 day.
