HRM Contracting and consulting – Maroochydore QLDKabi Kabi Peoples Aboriginal Corporation (KKPAC) represents the Kabi Kabi peoples, the Traditional Owners of country extending from the North Pine River near Brisbane to the Isis River near Maryborough, encompassing large parts of the Sunshine Coast, Noosa and Gympie regions and the Conondale Ranges.With significant and sustained development activity underway across the estate, KKPAC's Cultural Heritage Fieldworkers play a vital role in monitoring ground-disturbing works, identifying cultural heritage risks, and helping ensure Kabi Kabi cultural heritage is protected, respected and managed appropriately.KKPAC is now seeking a Fieldwork Administrator to join the Cultural Heritage team on a permanent full-time basis, based in Maroochydore.About the RoleYou will coordinate the day-to-day scheduling and administration of KKPAC's cultural heritage fieldwork workforce.
You'll make sure suitably experienced Fieldworkers are allocated to projects with the information, equipment and support they need to do their work well.You'll also be an important point of contact for Kabi Kabi Fieldworkers and community members seeking work opportunities, helping support fair access to work, workforce development and the effective use of cultural knowledge and experience across KKPAC's Cultural Heritage projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain fieldwork rosters, coordinating changes in response to weather, delays and availabilityAllocate Fieldworkers to projects according to operational priorities, and monitor upcoming coverage needsCoordinate transport, accommodation, equipment and other logistics where requiredCommunicate clearly with Fieldworkers around availability, travel arrangements and project informationEnsure Fieldworkers receive project instructions, site information, safety inductions and reporting documents before commencing workMaintain accurate records of Fieldworker contact details, competencies, licences, training and performanceReview and coordinate timesheets and allowances for payroll processing, following up any gaps or inconsistenciesSupport Fieldworker onboarding and ensure required employment and safety documentation is completedCoordinate Fieldworker participation in induction, training and career development activitiesBuild respectful, effective relationships with Fieldworkers,
