As a Property Lawyer, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive legal advice and services to our clients across a range of property-related matters.
This position offers the chance to work on diverse and interesting cases whilst building your professional reputation within the property law sector.Key responsibilitiesAdvising clients on residential and commercial property transactions, including purchases, sales, and leasing arrangementsConducting property due diligence, searches, and title investigationsDrafting and reviewing property-related legal documents, agreements, and contractsManaging property conveyancing matters from initial instructions through to settlementProviding guidance on property disputes,



including boundary matters and easementsEnsuring compliance with relevant property legislation and regulationsLiaising with real estate agents, financial institutions, and other stakeholdersMaintaining accurate file management and client communication recordsSupporting clients with property-related tax and financial planning considerations where appropriateWhat we're looking forAdmitted as a legal practitioner with a current practising certificateProven experience in property law practiceStrong knowledge of property conveyancing, real estate transactions, and property legislationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly to clientsMeticulous attention to detail and strong organisational abilitiesProficiency in legal research and legal practice management softwareAbility to manage multiple matters simultaneously and meet tight deadlinesProfessional judgment and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environmentExperience in residential and commercial conveyancing is highly desirableStrong client service orientation and commitment to delivering practical legal solutionsWhat we offerKingsford Lawyers is committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace where legal professionals can thrive.
