Working closely with clients, engineers, consultants, suppliers and project teams, you will guide the development of practical and efficient design solutions that align with technical requirements, budgets and delivery programs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate all phases of the design process across allocated projectsManage design documentation programs to support quality and timely deliveryGuide and mentor Design Coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high performing teamSelect, engage and coordinate subconsultants and integrate their work into the overall designCollaborate with clients, engineers, consultants, suppliers and construction teamsEnsure designs meet technical requirements and are optimised for buildabilityManage design budgets, schedules,



quality standards and project objectivesMaintain responsibility for the quality and completeness of design documentationDrive continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing across projectsAbout YouYou are an experienced design professional who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and leading multidisciplinary teams.
You communicate confidently, manage competing priorities effectively and understand how robust design documentation supports successful construction.You will also bring:More than 10 years of relevant industry experience, preferably within design or engineeringDemonstrated experience managing projects, design teams and external consultantsStrong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skillsAdvanced Revit capabilityA practical understanding of constructability, design coordination and project deliveryThe ability to manage design programs, budgets and quality requirementsWhy Join Wiley?
