You'll work alongside experienced team members, suppliers and manufacturers to help bring high‐quality products from concept to market.If you're passionate about vehicles, enjoy problem-solving and want to build your career in product development, we'd love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the design and development of current 4x4 protection productsCreate and maintain CAD models, drawings and technical documentationSupport product testing, validation and compliance activitiesWork with suppliers and manufacturers throughout the product development processAssist with prototype evaluation, product fitment and design improvementsPrepare fitting instructions and supporting documentationSupport project delivery and help monitor development timelinesInvestigate product,



quality and manufacturing issues as they ariseContribute to continuous improvement initiativesStay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologiesQualificationsAbout YouDegree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or a related disciplineSome engineering, product development or manufacturing experience through employment, internships, university projects or placementsExperience using SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD softwareInterest in automotive products, manufacturing or 4x4 accessoriesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsPractical mechanical aptitude and a willingness to get hands‐onStrong communication and relationship‐building skillsOrganised, self‐motivated and eager to learnAbility to work collaboratively within a team environmentNice to HaveExposure to product development or manufacturing environmentsUnderstanding of fabrication, sheet metal or automotive productsInterest in 4WDs, touring or off-road vehiclesAdditional InformationWhy Join Bapcor?
