Bayton Cleaning Co Pty Ltd and IHS are wholly owned subsidiaries of the same parent — Bayton Group Holdings Pty Ltd (Bayton Group) Role Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced Full time Human Resources Advisor to join our team and provide high-quality generalist and advisory HR support across the employee lifecycle.
Reporting to senior leadership, this role will partner closely with managers and employees to deliver pragmatic, compliant, and commercially sound HR advice.You will play a key role in supporting workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR initiatives aligned with Bayton Group's strategic objectives.
This is a hands-on advisory role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building strong relationships across the business.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted HR advisor to leaders and employees on people management policies,
procedures, and best practiceSupport workforce planning, talent management, and organisational initiativesSupport end-to-end recruitment activities, including job advertising, candidate selection, and employment offersCoordinate employee onboarding, probation reviews, employment variations, and offboarding processesDevelop training programs aligned with competency development and talent managementProvide advice and support on performance management, underperformance, and development planningAssist with employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary processes, and policy interpretationApply and interpret Australian employment legislation, awards, and company policiesContribute to HR projects, policy reviews, engagement, wellbeing, and continuous improvement initiativesSkills and Attributes:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Employment Relations, Organisational Psychology, Business, or a related disciplineMinimum 1 year of demonstrated experience in a generalist or advisory HR roleSound working knowledge of Australian employment legislationStrong understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR best practiceStrong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to provide clear, practical, and balanced HR adviceHigh level of discretion and confidentialityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and analytical abilityAbility to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environmentExperience in an HR Business Partner or senior advisory role is desirableExposure to learning and development, workforce planning, or organisational change is desirableSalary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
