You'll play a key role in overseeing the day‐to‐day operations of the venue while ensuring our members and guests receive exceptional service every visit.Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Venue Manager to oversee the daily operations of our venue and lead a high‐performing team.This is more than a traditional management role.
We're looking for a proactive leader who can use their initiative, communicate effectively across all levels of the business, and foster a positive culture focused on service excellence, operational efficiency and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities (not limited to)Oversee and coordinate the day‐to‐day operations of the venueLead, mentor and support department leaders and frontline team membersEnsure exceptional customer service standards are consistently deliveredDrive operational performance, productivity and financial outcomesMaintain compliance with the Registered Clubs Act, Liquor Act, WHS, AML/CTF and RSA/RCG requirementsMonitor venue presentation, cleanliness and service delivery standardsManage staffing levels,



labour costs and operational resources effectivelyInvestigate and resolve member and guest concerns in a professional mannerPrepare operational reports and communicate key business outcomes to senior managementChampion a positive workplace culture and lead by exampleAbout YouPrevious experience in a Venue Manager, Operations Manager or Senior Duty Manager role within the club or hospitality industryStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA confident and decisive leader who can think on their feet and use initiativeStrong financial and commercial awarenessExperience managing multiple departments within a hospitality operationSound knowledge of gaming, food & beverage, compliance and club operationsCurrent RSA, RCG and Advanced RCG qualificationsStrong organisational and problem‐solving abilitiesFlexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings and weekends when requiredA genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding member experiencesWhy Join West Tradies?
