We would also consider an experienced Site Manager with the right project experience looking for a contract opportunity.Accommodation can be provided for candidates travelling from outside the local region, with an R&R; roster available for discussion.This major $110M new-build high school project involves the construction of a brand-new education facility in Broken Hill, replacing the original school following its demolition.The successful candidate will be involved in overseeing a significant package of civil and building works,



including:Site establishment and site worksPilingIn-ground servicesStairs and lift structuresConcrete worksExternal worksGeneral coordination of construction activities and subcontractorsWe are looking for someone who can step onto site and hit the ground running, with:Previous experience as a Site Supervisor / Foreman on commercial construction projectsStrong understanding of construction methodology, sequencing and site coordinationGovernment, education or other major institutional project experience highly regardedStrong communication and subcontractor management skillsExcellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to site deliveryComfortable using Microsoft Office / MS SuiteExperience with HammerTech or similar HSE platforms is highly desirableAbility to work independently and effectively within a wider project teamStrong commitment to safety, quality and programme
