Our 110 employees at production facilities in Dalby and Ipswich include experienced tradespeople and operators, apprentices, and PALM scheme workers.We have mature HSEQ protocols and are looking for a safe pair of hands to coordinate our ongoing compliance activities.To thrive, you will need to work autonomously and balance operational demands, worker welfare, and compliance obligations – often in the same conversation.Reports to the Head of Operations and FinanceBased onsite at our Ipswich facilityOccasional travel required to other sitesWork hours aligned with our production schedule - 38 hrs/week, 6:54am to 3:00pmWhat you'll be doingHR:Employee relations and day-to-day people mattersPerformance, probation and absenteeism processesRecruitment, contracts, onboarding and offboardingCoordinating with agency for international recruitmentApprenticeship programme, training and developmentWorkCover claims and return to work plansManaging licences, tickets and employee competenciesHSEQ:Maintaining WHS and training recordsIncident,
