Casual heavy vehicle driver required for Cemba Logistics Pty Ltd, based at our Beresfield site in Newcastle NSW.
This role covers a guaranteed Friday shift each week driving a rigid, delivering pallets around Newcastle, plus additional shifts to cover annual leave, sick leave, and busy periods across our Newcastle operation.
Most work is local rigid deliveries, with the flexibility and willingness to step into our semi role when needed.
This is a day shift only position with no overnight driving.Key responsibilitiesOperating heavy vehicle trucks (HC licence required) — primarily rigid, with capability to cover our semi when requiredLoading and restraining freightCompleting pre-start checks, inspections, and basic maintenanceMaintaining records (log books,
