This role suits individuals who are hands-on, efficient, and able to work at pace, while maintaining a high standard of quality.You will be involved across the full crop cycle within a fully indoor grow workplace, including plant maintenance and post-harvest processing, with a strong focus on productivity and consistency.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with planting, transplanting, and general crop maintenancePerform pruning, defoliation, and plant careSupport harvest activities including bucking and trimmingMaintain consistent quality and presentation of finished productWork efficiently to meet daily production targetsMonitor and report plant health issues (pests, disease,
