Responsibilities
Lead day‐to‐day store operations with a strong and visible floor presenceInspire, coach, and develop a large, diverse team to build future leadersDeliver outstanding customer experiences in line with Universal Store service standardsDrive sales performance and store profitability through strong cost and productivity managementManage rostering, budgets, and scheduling to achieve business and payroll targetsMaintain visual merchandising, presentation standards, and overall store efficiencyRecruit, train, and support team members through transparent, honest,



and constructive feedbackUphold and role‐model Universal Store's values, culture, and brand expectations
Skills and Experience
Strong retail background with hands‐on experience across both shop floor and stockroomProven experience as a Store Manager, leading medium to large teamsA warm, energetic communicator who leads with positivity and purposeAbility to adapt and thrive in a fast‐paced, ever‐changing environmentHigh attention to detail with a strong understanding of retail profitabilityProven success in achieving and exceeding sales targetsConfident in delivering feedback and communicating effectively at all levels
