Maryland Care and Early Education Centre – Maryland NSWAs a Diploma Qualified Educator, you will play an important role in providing high-quality education and care for children, building meaningful relationships with children and families, and contributing to an engaging and inclusive learning setting.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and implement engaging learning experiences based on children's interests, strengths and individual needsBuild warm, respectful and responsive relationships with childrenWork collaboratively with educators to deliver a high-quality educational programContribute to observations, documentation and children's learning portfoliosSupport children's wellbeing, learning and developmentEstablish positive relationships with families and the wider communityContribute to our continuous improvement and quality improvement processesMaintain a secure, welcoming and inclusive environment for all childrenAbout youA Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualificationGraduate Diploma qualifications will only be considered where the underlying Bachelor degree is in a relevant field of study and the qualification pathway meets ECT requirementsA current Working with Children CheckCurrent First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualifications,
