This is a hands-on clinical role suited to a nurse who enjoys working collaboratively with disability support teams while ensuring secure, compliant, and person-centred care.This is a Part-Time position offering flexible shifts based on operational needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to a participant living with Stoma, Catheter, Dementia, Parkinsons within a Supported Disability Accomodation (SDA) environmentConduct comprehensive clinical assessments and contribute to the development and ongoing review of individualised care plans specific to spinal cord injury managementProvide and oversee complex care supports including bowel care, stoma care, catheter care (SPC)



and infection preventionAdminister and monitor medications in accordance with scope of practice and regulatory requirementsProvide clinical oversight and guidance to disability support workers.Support the participant to maintain independence, dignity and active community engagementMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, incident reports, and health monitoring recordsEnsure compliance with AHPRA standards, NDIS Practice Standards, and high-intensity support requirementsImplement infection control, policies, procedures and risk mitigation strategiesRespond effectively to medical emergencies and elevate clinical concerns appropriatelyAbout YouCurrent registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse (EN) or Registered Nurse (RN)Experience in disability, SIL/SDA, community, or aged care settings (highly regarded)Strong clinical assessment and care planning skillsUnderstanding of NDIS Practice Standards and high-intensity support requirementsExperience supporting participants with complex health needs (desirable)Excellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary teamHighly organised with strong attention to clinical documentation and complianceCurrent NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC (if required), Police Check, First Aid & CPRWhy Join Us?
