CASS Care Ltd's new 97-bed Residential Aged Care Facility in Asquith, NSW is seeking an experienced Care Manager (Nurse) to lead day-to-day operations with another Care Manager, ensuring protected, person-centred care and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee budgeting, staff development, AN-ACC and quality audits, work with multidisciplinary teams, and support multicultural residents including Korean and Chinese communities. Current AHPRA RN registration is required.
