You oversee the achievement of daily cleaning excellence, uplift team spirits, and shape our Housekeeping team into cleanliness champions.
With your coaching finesse, you will guarantee our team consistently delivers top-tier cleanliness and productivity, ensuring a sparkling and secure stay for our guests.Primary ResponsibilitiesYou will support and coordinate our housekeeping team's daily activities, ensuring a smooth workflowFoster team motivation and growth by providing guidance and training to enhance their skillsMaintain high cleanliness and productivity standards, aligning with company guidelines to enhance guest experiences in public areas and roomsEfficiently allocate rooms for team members during shifts to maintain an even workload distributionEnsure safety standards are met,
