Experience in product design or CAD would be an advantage, but is not essential.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure the warehouse is organised, clean and efficientReceive, check and put away incoming stockUnload shipping containers and organise stock safely and efficientlyCheck incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery documentsPick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatchLoad goods for freight collection and local deliveriesMaintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checksMonitor stock levels and report discrepancies, damaged goods or missing stockProcess stock movements and update inventory records in our internal systemProcess and respond to order-related emails and general warehouse enquiriesCheck customer purchase orders and ensure orders are correctly prepared for dispatchPrepare delivery,



packing and other relevant warehouse documentationAssist with product labelling, packaging and assembly when requiredMaintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and other internal systemsAssist with improving warehouse organisation, stock control and operational processesPerform general warehouse and administrative duties as requiredProduct Design Skills – AdvantageExperience or skills in the following would be highly regarded:Product design or product developmentCAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similarAdobe Illustrator, Photoshop or similar design softwareReading and understanding basic technical drawingsPreparing or modifying product drawingsBasic understanding of furniture, metal components or manufacturing processesDesign experience is not essential.
