About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Shutdown Planner / Scheduler to support Brine Concentrator operations, with a key focus on developing a structured 5-year shutdown strategy and integrated schedule.
This role will be responsible for bringing together SAP maintenance data, shutdown plans, resource requirements and long-term budgets into a practical and repeatable shutdown framework.
You'll work closely with operations, maintenance, engineering and reliability teams to improve shutdown readiness and planning maturity, while challenging existing plans where required and bringing greater structure to the overall shutdown process.
Solid SAP and Primavera P6 experience is essential, along with a solid background in shutdown planning and scheduling within heavy industry or processing plant environments.

Key Responsibilities
Develop a 5-year shutdown master plan and strategyBuild integrated Level 2–3 shutdown schedules in Primavera P6Align SAP maintenance plans, work orders and master data with shutdown schedulesIntegrate statutory, preventative, corrective and campaign maintenance into a structured annual shutdown cycleIdentify critical path activities, risks,



constraints and resource requirementsSupport long-term budget planning and improve cost visibilityAlign shutdown planning with resource requirements and long-term budgetsWork closely with operations, maintenance, engineering and reliability teamsImprove shutdown readiness and overall planning maturityChallenge existing plans where requiredDevelop a practical and repeatable shutdown framework for the business
About You
Strong experience in shutdown planning and schedulingBackground within heavy industry or processing plantsStrong SAP experienceStrong Primavera P6 experienceExperience developing integrated Level 2–3 shutdown schedulesUnderstanding of SAP maintenance plans, work orders and master dataAbility to identify critical paths, risks, constraints and resource requirementsExperience supporting longer-term shutdown and budget planningStrong stakeholder engagement capability across operations, maintenance, engineering and reliability teamsAbility to bring structure to complex planning processes and challenge existing plans where required
