Bathers beach house has an amazing opportunity for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our fantastic kitchen family.Located right on the sands of Bathers Beach in Fremantle, we are a modern multi-storey venue catering to beachside dining through to weddings, functions and special events.
We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional food, memorable experiences and a supportive team culture.YOUR ROLE:Work closely with the Head Ched to lead, support and inspire our kitchen teamOversee kitchen operations in the absence of the Head ChefContribute to seasonal menu changes, including a' la carte, function menus and daily specialsMentor and train our kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environmentMaintain a strong knowledge of food safety, health and hygieneWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:2-3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within a larger venueOutstanding culinary skills with a strong understanding of food preparation techniques,
