Job Description
Independence Australia Group is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to manage the afternoon shift (2:00 pm – 10:00 pm) across receiving, picking, packing, dispatch and forklift operations on the Gold Coast. You will lead a small team, monitor KPIs, and drive process improvements while upholding WH&S; standards.

The role requires a current Forklift Licence and solid experience in warehouse environments, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and timely delivery of health and wellbeing products.
