We are seeking Speech Pathologists to join our team and deliver high-quality therapeutic services to participants across schools, homes, clinic, telehealth and community settings.
You will manage an allocated caseload close to your home suburb anywhere in QLD while maintaining clinical excellence and NDIS compliance.Responsibilities Include:Manage an allocated caseload, delivering therapeutic services in line with timelines and clinical protocolsConduct clinical observations and standardised assessments, analyse findings, and develop evidence-based treatment goals tailored to each participant's needsImplement therapeutic interventions grounded in current best practice, monitoring and measuring progress against established goalsMaintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation, progress notes, and participant records in compliance with regulatory standardsEnsure all service delivery aligns with NDIS requirements and organisational policiesAdjust interventions as needed to optimise participant outcomesEducate and empower families and caregivers by providing strategies and guidance to support therapeutic goals in everyday settingsAdvocate for participants' needs and rights throughout the therapeutic journeyCollaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure coordinated, comprehensive careWhat We Offer You:A fun, collaborative and supportive work workplace where your contributions are valued at the AAA office based in YeerongpillyRegular,
