If you have a better way of doing something, you'll have the opportunity to influence change and see your ideas brought to life.About the RoleWorking alongside an experienced and collaborative design team, you'll help deliver residential projects from concept through to approval and construction documentation.
This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of projects, contribute to innovative home designs,



and play a key role in delivering quality outcomes for our clients.Key responsibilitiesProduce high-quality architectural documentation using ArchiCADPrepare construction and approval documentation for residential projectsAssist with design development from concept through to final documentationEnsure drawings comply with NCC, NSW Planning requirements and relevant Development Control PlansCoordinate documentation with internal estimating, construction, and sales teamsReview drawings for accuracy and minimise reworkManage project documentation and revisions throughout the design processContribute to the continuous improvement of residential design standards and processesAbout youDegree or Diploma qualification in Architecture, Building Design, or a related disciplineMinimum 5 years' experience in residential drafting or building designAdvanced ArchiCAD experienceStrong understanding of NCC/BCA and residential construction requirementsExcellent documentation and detailing skillsStrong organisational and time management abilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentA proactive approach and passion for practical, innovative solutionsThe willingness to connect with customers to guide and educate them during the design processAbout usPrivately owned business with minimal red tape and quick decision-makingOpportunity to influence processes and implement new ideasDiverse portfolio with approximately 200 residential projects annuallyWork on innovative small-living and housing solutionsSupportive, collaborative team cultureLong-term career growth and professional development opportunitiesStable and growing organisation investing in its future
