LicenceDemonstrated experience in pick-up and delivery or general freight operationsSafe driving record and strong commitment to safety and complianceSound knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and fatigue management requirementsAbility to safely load, unload and secure freightGood communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyConfidence using electronic proof of delivery and transport systemA reliable, professional attitude with a strong work ethicForklift licence (desirable but not essential)As part of the recruitment process, we'll be running Assessment Days that include a face-to-face interview and safety assessments.
