Our brands and services are trusted across heavy industry, infrastructure, resources, and construction environments.With more than 27,000 employees globally, Bunzl offers the scale, stability, and systems of a multinational, combined with solid local leadership and genuine investment in training, safety, and career development.YOUR ROLEAs an Inventory Administrator, you will support the National Inventory Manager in maintaining accurate inventory, product and production information across Bunzl's branch and distribution centre network.A key focus of the role will be the creation and maintenance of product codes, Bills of Materials (BOMs) and kits, while coordinating stock transfers and resolving inventory issues to support efficient operations.Your responsibilities will include:Create and maintain product codes, BOMs, kit codes and code extensionsRaise work orders for clothing modifications including embroidery, alterations and customised kitsManage and resolve aged and outstanding BOMs on a weekly basisCoordinate inventory transfers between distribution centres and branchesMaintain product information including pricing, pack sizes, descriptions and part numbersIdentify and correct obsolete or inaccurate product codes and descriptionsAssist with cycle counts,
stock adjustments and inventory accuracyMonitor branch minimum and maximum stock levelsComplete third-party purchasing when requiredProvide broader inventory support to the National Inventory Manager and operational teamsABOUT YOUYou are highly organised, analytical and comfortable working with detailed inventory and product data.
