Based at our Mooroolbark headquarters and reporting to the Head of Finance, you'll work across multiple entities within the Group, contributing to accurate reporting, sound controls, and continuous improvement of our finance function.We use Microsoft 365 Dynamics Business Central as our ERP.
Working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, on site.
We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible where the right candidate is identified.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate invoices and credit notes as requiredRespond to customer enquiries when assignedManage bad debts and write-offsCalculate Divisional Commissions and profit sharingTrack and report on special purpose fundsPrepare journals, accruals, prepayments, and provisionsRun the end-of-month billing processReconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variancesAssist with auditsSupport year-end reporting and statutory filingsAssist with system improvements and process efficienciesCollaborate with the team and back-fill roles when neededIdentify risks and opportunities for process automation or improvementEnsure data accuracy and integrity across finance systemsOther tasks as directedAbout YouTo succeed in this role,
