Butchers and Supervisors - Monday to FridayAustralian Bush Harvest is seeking experienced Butchers and Supervisors to join our growing team, with an immediate start available.
These full-time positions play a key role in the operation of Australia's first large-scale mobile game meat processing facility.
Successful applicants will process high-quality wild game meat for distribution throughout New South Wales and interstate markets.
The facility will initially be based in Brayton, near Marulan NSW.
As a mobile operation, the workplace location is expected to move to other regional areas of New South Wales after approximately six months.Key responsibilitiesExpertly butcher and prepare a variety of wild game species to required specifications or supervise employees performing these dutiesTrim, cut and portion wild game carcasses including deer, goats, wild boar and rabbitsEnsure all processing activities comply with food safety, HACCP, WHS and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and proceduresOperate or supervise the operation of meat processing equipment and machinery with precision and careMaintain strict hygiene, sanitation and cold chain control standardsAssist with or supervise inventory management and stock controlWork collaboratively with the wider production team to maximise operational efficiencyMaintain a clean,
