The role is located in Mahogany Bar, located within Crown Sydney's premium gaming environment, this role delivers high-volume, luxury beverage service to gaming guests across the main gaming floor and private gaming areas.About You:Previous supervisory experience in a premium bar, gaming floor or high-volume hospitality environmentStrong leadership capability with a passion for coaching, mentoring and developing teamsExceptional presentation and grooming standards suited to a luxury environmentComfortable engaging with guests and leading by example in a highly visible roleStrong organisational, decision-making and time-management skillsAbility to succeed in a fast-paced, service-driven environmentFlexibility to work a rotating roster across a 24/7 operation (overnights required)Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
