Minco Tech Australia is looking for a reliable, practical and experienced Warehouse Storeperson to join our Cardiff team.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is safety-conscious, organised and able to use initiative.
You will work across all areas of the warehouse supporting our manufacturing team with the opportunity to develop your skills and take on greater responsibility over time.Key responsibilitiesReceiving, checking and putting away stockPicking, packing and dispatching customer ordersLoading and unloading trucks and shipping containers, including oversized and awkward loadsSafely moving goods using forklifts and lifting equipmentStocktakes and inventory checksChecking orders, stock and paperwork for accuracyMaintaining a clean,



organised and secure warehouseFollowing procedures and direction while using initiative when requiredAbout youCurrent Driver's Licence and ability to drive a manual vehicleCurrent Dogging High Risk Work Licence or willingness to obtain oneRigger qualification, or willingness to obtain oneMinimum 2 years Warehouse/store person experienceStrong attention to detail and accuracySound judgement and problem-solving skillsAbility to take direction and work independentlyStrong safety awarenessGood communication and teamwork skillsPhysically fit and capable of manual handlingReliable, punctual, and hardworkingAbility to successfully complete drug and alcohol testing as a condition of employmentFull-time, Monday to Friday employmentAbove-award ratesOvertime opportunitiesTraining and opportunities to gain additional qualificationsOpportunity to progress into a senior/leading Store person roleSupportive and experienced team environment
