Full time position available $80,000 - $100,000/annum pro rata, depending on experience.Also looking for:Leading HandsForemanTo be successful you must have the following:Access to a ute or vehicle (preferable) - or company ute provided.Experience in landscaping construction industry (highly regarded)A current Construction White Card3+ years in Landscape/Construction industry or industry similar (highly regarded)Cert III in Landscape Construction or similar (highly regarded)Tasks and Responsibilities (Supervisors/Leading Hands):Able to deliver both hard and soft landscaping works according to drawings, scope and specificationsEfficient, fit for purpose co-ordination of materials/deliveries/mobile plant/sub-contractors and staffSupervisor QBCC license also preferableGeneral day-to-day management and supervision of a job site including managing a teamMeasuring,



calculating quantities and ordering of any additional materials as requiredReading and understanding of plans, drawings, scope and specificationsExperience in implementing Workplace Health & Safety procedures and policies, including following SWMS, conducting Toolbox Talks etcCommunicate effectively & efficiently in a professional manner with builders/clients and to co-ordinate works with other tradesBe pro-active to eliminate or reduce hazardous work conditions and reviewing work methods as requiredCulture and Perks:Actively contribute to our culture and embrace our values.We offer continuous training and career development pathways at all levels.Remuneration is calculated based on experience, qualifications, skill set and are subject to relevant industrial instruments.
