working closely with engineers and project teams.This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who can confidently deliver documentation in Revit and contribute to project outcomes from concept through to construction.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and deliver structural drawings using RevitWork across concrete, steel, timber and industrial projectsCoordinate closely with engineers and internal teamsProduce accurate, clear and buildable documentationFollow and implement EDGE drafting standards and templatesCollaborate with the BIM Manager and GC Drafting Lead (Become a go to with the DraftingLead)Assist in managing drawing outputs and project documentationContribute to project delivery within deadlinesParticipate in internal reviews and continuous improvementAttend project meetings where requiredAbout YouWe're looking for a capable drafter who can operate with a level of independence and technical confidence.You will have:4+ years' experience in structural draftingStrong Australian experience in building structuresHigh proficiency in Revit (essential)Exposure to AutoCAD (beneficial but not essential)Ability to deliver drafting packages autonomouslyStrong attention to detail and documentation qualityGood communication and team collaboration skillsWillingness to learn and align with EDGE systemsWhat We OfferSalary guide: $90k – $120k + super (depending on experience)Opportunity to work on diverse building projectsStrong technical environment with national supportCollaboration with experienced engineers and draftersExposure to mid‐rise, commercial and industrial structuresA growing team with long‐term career opportunitiesFlexible working arrangementsEligibilityApplicants must have the right to work in Australia and relevant local experience in structural drafting.
