Project Manager | Health Projects | Port MacquarieWe are partnering with a leading project management consultancy seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its team in Port Macquarie.This role will see you support the delivery of large-scale healthcare projects, working alongside Senior Project Managers and Directors across the complete project lifecycle, including facility planning, design, procurement and construction.You will operate as a key interface between the client, consultants, contractors and broader project stakeholders, making this an excellent prospect for someone who enjoys the combination of project delivery, stakeholder management and problem solving.With projects being delivered within complex and potentially live operational environments, you'll need to be comfortable managing competing priorities while keeping programme, budget and project outcomes on track.About the RoleAs Project Manager, you will be involved across multiple projects and programmes, with responsibilities including:Supporting end-to-end delivery from planning and design through procurement, construction and completionActing as a key client interface throughout project deliveryManaging consultants, contractors and diverse stakeholder groupsManaging project budgets and identifying opportunities to maintain cost targetsMonitoring programmes, key milestones, project risks and reporting requirementsReviewing project documentation, plans and specificationsIdentifying potential construction issues and driving practical solutionsChairing and coordinating client,



consultant and project meetingsManaging expectations and maintaining strong stakeholder relationshipsContributing to future programme and portfolio planningSupporting broader business development and client initiativesBalancing successful project delivery with the wider commercial objectives of the businessAbout YouWe're looking for a Project Manager with approximately 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally gained within a client-side consultancy or similar project management environment.You will ideally bring:A relevant qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Cost Management or a related technical discipline3-5 years' Project Management experienceClient-side or consultancy experience highly regardedHealthcare project experience highly regardedExposure to brownfield construction, live operational environments and/or mental health facilities advantageousStrong client and stakeholder management capabilityExperience managing project budgets, programmes, risks and reportingConfidence coordinating consultants and project teamsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively within complex, fast-paced project environmentsA proactive and solutions-focused approach to project deliveryExisting Australian working rights ideallyWhy Consider This Opportunity?
