The wider Property Management team places a strong focus on qualified service and building positive relationships with tenants and landlords.The Role:Conducting open homes and private inspectionsResponding to email and leasing enquiriesProcessing and checking tenancy applicationsAdvertising available propertiesAssisting with the preparation and marketing of new listingsLiaising with prospective tenants throughout the leasing processProviding support to the Property Management teamAssisting the BDM with new business where requiredMaintaining accurate information within Property MeDelivering a high level of customer service to tenants and clientsThe Ideal Candidate:We are looking for someone who is switched on, energetic and ready to build a long-term career in real estate.You may already be working in reception or administration and looking for your next step, or you could be an A-grade entry-level candidate with the right attitude and drive to succeed.To be successful, you will have:Current Certificate of RegistrationCurrent driver's license and reliable carStrong communication and customer service skillsExcellent organisation and attention to detailA proactive, positive and professional attitudeConfidence dealing with clients and prospective tenantsA genuine interest in building a career within Property ManagementA current Certificate of Registration or real estate license and NSW driver's license are essential requirements for the role.
