You will support the F&B; Manager in daily operations across outlets, supervise front-of-house and bar service, and drive profitability while maintaining exceptional service standards.We seek a candidate with minimum 2 years in a supervisory F&B; role, knowledge of RSAs under QLD laws, and a passion for guest experiences in a World Heritage setting.
