About the RoleWe're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Parts Interpreter to join our team.
In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you'll be responsible for:Assisting customers with parts inquiries – in person, via phone, and emailUpselling and being confident in making salesInterpreting parts and components with accuracyProviding expert technical support and adviceProcessing quotes, sales orders, invoices, and paymentsManaging stock control and purchase ordersResponsible for inventory controlBuilding strong relationships with customers and our national QTK branches in Sydney, Melbourne, and PerthThis is a full-time, permanent position (38 hours per week) reporting to the Group Parts Manager.
You'll be joining a friendly team that's dedicated to supporting you every step of the way!
What We're Looking ForWe're after someone who is customer-focused, confident in sales conversations, and ready to identify opportunities to support customers with the right parts solutions.
Ideally, you are:Experienced – Previous Parts Interpreter experience preferredMechanically minded – If you love working with parts and have robust computer skills, this role is for you!




Customer-focused – Building relationships and delivering top-notch service comes naturally to youSales-minded – You're confident identifying opportunities to upsell parts, promote add-on products, and support customers with solutions that meet their needsOrganised – You can manage competing priorities, stay on top of orders and inventory, and keep the parts process running smoothlyDetail-Oriented – You can juggle multiple tasks and maintain accuracy under pressureA Team Player – You thrive in a collaborative and supportive environmentA Strong Communicator – You can explain technical details clearly, both to experts and non-expertsFlexibility to work extra hours when needed is a plus!
