This is a genuine opportunity to build your skills on some of the industry's best rigs and equipment, alongside experienced crews on high-profile projects.Key ResponsibilitiesGet hands‐on operating excavators at the heart of piling support and civil construction worksMaster a variety of attachments, including augers, grabs, buckets and other specialist excavator toolsPlay a key role in piling rig setup, spoil management and site preparationWork closely with rig operators and site supervisors to keep production moving smoothlyTake pride in your machine: complete pre‐starts and keep equipment in top conditionChampion WHS standards on every site, every dayBring a team‐first attitude, pitching in on general labouring or other tasks within your skillset when neededThe essentials we need you to have covered:3 + years' experience with current and valid excavator ticketExperience operating a Skid SteerProven experience operating excavators on construction or civil sitesWhite Card (Construction Induction Card) – essentialPhysically fit, reliable,
