HL Landscapes Group is seeking an experienced and reliable Payroll Officer to join our team on a part-time basis.
You will take ownership of accurate and timely payroll processing across the Group while supporting our finance and management teams.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working independently, has strong attention to detail and understands Australian payroll requirements.Key responsibilitiesProcess end-to-end payroll accurately and on timeMaintain employee records, timesheets, leave and payroll changesManage new starters, terminations and employee variationsInterpret relevant awards, allowances and employment conditionsProcess superannuation and Single Touch Payroll reportingComplete payroll reconciliations and prepare reportsRespond to employee payroll enquiries professionallyAssist with workers' compensation, payroll tax and compliance requirementsSupport the finance team with related administrative duties when requiredAbout youPrevious experience in an end-to-end payroll positionSound knowledge of Australian payroll legislation,
