Gough Recruitment is seeking a Senior Property Manager / Junior Property Manager to join a small, effective team in Brisbane.
The role offers a Monday to Friday schedule with no Saturdays and flexible hours, plus fuel reimbursement and easy parking.You will liaise with landlords and tenants, conduct entry and exit inspections, manage arrears, and oversee repairs and maintenance across a small, well-maintained portfolio.
2-3+ years PM experience and a QLD Certificate of Registration are required.
