Implementation Manager - MRP / Manufacturing Software$160K-$170K Base + Super + *****% Bonus | SydneyTalon Recruitment Solutions is representing a growing software business delivering MRP and Manufacturing Operations solutions to large manufacturing businesses across Australia.We are seeking an Implementation Manager to take ownership of the successful delivery of customer implementations from initial requirements through to production deployment and operational handover.This is primarily an implementation and project delivery role, working closely with large manufacturing customers and internal Product Development, Customer Success and Technical Support teams.
The role will also work with the Sales team during the presales and scoping stage of recent opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the complete implementation lifecycle from requirements analysis through to go-live and handoverLead customer discovery, requirements gathering, workflow analysis and solution designDevelop project plans, schedules, implementation plans and governance documentationManage project scope, budgets, milestones, risks, issues, assumptions and dependenciesConfigure and deploy MRP and associated software solutionsCoordinate data migration, systems integration, testing and User Acceptance TestingDeliver implementation workshops and administrator/end-user trainingAssess customer readiness and manage production deployment and go-live activitiesManage go-live issues and stabilisation before transitioning customers to Customer Success and Technical SupportMaintain implementation standards, methodologies,



documentation and delivery processesConduct post-implementation reviews and identify continuous improvement opportunitiesWork with Product Development on implementation readiness and provide feedback from customer implementationsPresales & ScopingApproximately 15% of the role will involve supporting the Sales team with new opportunities.This will include:Participating in technical discovery and customer discussionsUnderstanding customer requirements and implementation complexityContributing to solution architecture and implementation approachPreparing implementation estimates, Statements of Work, assumptions and exclusionsEnsuring proposed implementations are appropriately scoped and deliverableAbout YouIdeally, you will have significant experience implementing MRP or ERP software, preferably within manufacturing or engineering environments.You will have experience across:MRP / ERP implementationManufacturing operations and business processesProject management and implementation governanceRequirements gathering and business process analysisSoftware configuration and deploymentData migration and systems integrationCustomer workshops, training and stakeholder managementTechnical scoping and solution consultingYou will need to work independently, manage multiple implementation activities and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels - from operational manufacturing teams through to senior executives.What's On Offer$160K-$170K Base + Super*****% bonusOpportunity to work with large manufacturing customersSignificant ownership of the implementation lifecycleOpportunity to contribute to the development of implementation methodologies and processesApproximately one week of travel per month, including day trips and overnight stays#SCR-KANE-ADDISON
