With a 300-strong workforce and 24/9 operations, reporting to the 2IC Depot Manager, you'll oversee transport administration and lead a team of 12, driving performance and keeping everything running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
As part of Lindsay Transport, Australia's largest fresh produce transporter, you'll play a key role in moving critical, temperature-controlled freight where timing and accuracy matter most.
This is a full-time role with real pace, responsibility, and the chance to make your mark.What You'll Do:Supervise and coordinate the administration teamEnsure adequate resourcing to meet operational demandsOversee manifesting and pricing to ensure accuracy and correct revenue captureManage driver debrief processesMonitor pallet control and ensure timely processing of all transactionsTrain and support team members on systems and processesSet clear performance expectations and manage outcomesLead from the front in a hands-on environmentPartner with the Depot Manager to maximise site efficiencyWhat You Bring:Experience in a similar leadership roleAbility to build strong relationships and lead a cohesive teamStrong communication skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approachProven ability to work under pressure and manage competing prioritiesSelf-motivated with strong leadership presenceA genuine commitment to safety in all aspects of workAbility to manage challenging and high-pressure situationsA supportive,
