This is an exciting opportunity to work within a high performing Agile setting, supporting multidisciplinary delivery teams to build and enhance customer focused digital solutions.The successful candidate will play a key role in facilitating Agile practices, removing delivery impediments, and empowering teams to deliver high quality outcomes.About the RoleAs a Scrum Master, you will support Agile delivery teams by fostering Agile values, principles and practices, while enabling teams to achieve their delivery objectives.
You will work closely with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, Architects, Developers, Testers and Business Analysts to ensure successful product delivery.You will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, driving continuous improvement, managing dependencies, and supporting teams to remain focused on agreed priorities and goals.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Agile ceremonies including stand ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectivesCoach and mentor teams in Agile values, principles and best practicesBuild team capability through ongoing guidance and continuous improvement initiativesAssist Product Owners in backlog refinement and prioritisation activitiesIdentify, manage and remove delivery blockers and impedimentsProtect teams from external disruptions that impact delivery outcomesFoster a culture of trust,
