High Pressure Jetters is looking for an experienced Small Engine Mechanic to join our Castle Hill workshop immediately.
This is a genuine small engine mechanic position requiring someone highly competent in fault diagnosis, servicing and repair of Honda and Vanguard commercial petrol engines.
Fault diagnosis is critical to this role.
You will need to confidently diagnose an engine or equipment fault, identify the actual cause and carry out the correct repair without relying on guesswork or simply replacing parts.
Our equipment is used commercially by plumbers and drain-cleaning professionals across Australia, so reliability and quality of workmanship are extremely significant.Key responsibilitiesDiagnose faults across Honda GX390, GX630, GX690, iGX700 and iGX800 engines.
Vanguard 27HP through to 37HP engines those of which are fuel, ignition, electrical and mechanical engine faultsService and repair petrol-powered high-pressure jetting equipmentDiagnose faults on pumps, pressure systems and associated componentsTest equipment to accurately identify faults before carrying out repairsTest and commission equipment following repairsAbout youTrade qualification as a Small Engine Mechanic, Motorcycle Mechanic,
