ARRE is a modern Mexican restaurant built around Australian ingredients, Australian seasons and Australian fire, with Mexican technique at the centre of everything we do.We're looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team and help lead the restaurant day to day.The RoleThis is a hands‐on leadership position for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality and wants to be part of building something distinctive.Working closely with the Restaurant Manager and Chef/Owner, you will help oversee the daily operation of the restaurant, lead the floor team and ensure every service runs smoothly.You will be expected to lead from the front — not manage from behind a desk.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support the floor team during serviceRun smooth, organised and high‐quality restaurant servicesMaintain ARRE's standards of hospitality, service and presentationBrief the team before service and communicate clearly throughout serviceAssist with staff training, development and performanceManage reservations, table flow and guest experienceHandle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionallyMonitor service standards and ensure the team is attentive and engagedAssist with opening and closing proceduresManage cash handling and daily operational proceduresMaintain food, beverage and service knowledge across the teamWork closely with the kitchen to ensure effective communication between FOH and BOHAssist with stock control, ordering and general restaurant organisationEnsure health,



safety and licensing requirements are followedSupport the Restaurant Manager with rosters, staffing and day‐to‐day administrationStep into the Restaurant Manager role when requiredWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who:.
