you'll be part of a team that's helping people stay active, independent, and connected to the life they love.Working under the guidance of qualified Allied Health professionals, you'll support the delivery of therapy programs in people's homes and community settings.
Every day is different, but every day is focused on helping people achieve what's significant to them.Your day might include:Supporting individual treatments and group programs under the guidance of Allied Health professionalsPreparing equipment and resources to keep programs running smoothlyAssisting with assessments and treatment activities while maintaining accurate recordsWorking within your scope of practice and knowing when to seek guidance from the treating therapistManaging your schedule while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer outcomesThis is a Permanent Full-Time opportunity, working Monday to Friday (7.6 hours per day), supporting people across North Lakes and Caboolture areas to stay active, connected, and living the life they love in the place they know best:



home.You'll thrive in this role if youHold a Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance and have a genuine passion for helping people live well at homeHave a current driver's licence, a reliable insured vehicle, and First Aid and CPR certification (or are willing to obtain them)Build trust through warm, clear communicationFeel confident working independently while knowing when to seek supportCan balance competing priorities and manage your time effectivelyAre comfortable using technology and maintaining accurate recordsValue confidentiality and approach people with respect and cultural awarenessEnjoy learning, growing, and being part of a team that genuinely cares about the people around themBelonging Starts HereWe believe real care starts with real belonging.
