As a Casual Educator, you will work alongside our centre teams to:
Support children throughout their daily routines, play and learning experiencesBuild warm and respectful relationships with children and familiesHelp maintain secure, welcoming and inclusive learning environmentsEncourage children's curiosity, confidence and developmentAdapt confidently to different rooms, teams and centre environmentsBring a positive and dependable approach to every shift

or are currently studying towards, a recognised Early Childhood Education and Care qualificationHold a current Blue Card or are willing to obtain oneHave completed National Child Safe Training through GecckoAre reliable, flexible and comfortable working with different teamsHave a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and wellbeingCan travel to Guardian services within your nominated area
